Here is one of my favorite families.  They are yet another family that I get to see over and over again and I have made such great friends with these guys.  I so enjoy watching their family grow and watching our children develop a friendship.  This mama is SO laid back during sessions - it not only makes for fabulous pictures, but it means far less tears on everyone's parts!  This session was no exception.  Giggles were abundant, the dad was every willing and they are just gorgeous people.  Can't wait until our next session!

These children are about as near and dear to my heart as possible!  Two of them (the ones you most likely recognize!) are my own babies and the other two are their BFFs.  After driving along Pellissippi Parkway in the spring and seeing the beauty in full blossom, I couldn't pass up an opportunity to do a session there.  The hardest part about child photography is getting those natural smiles, so I figured the best way to do it would be to bring along their buddies and it worked like a charm!  Love these faces!

This is another family I have had the privilege of capturing on film for the past few years.  These children are the perfect mix - polite, respectful, good natured and just plain silly.  They are so willing to work with me and have the winningest smiles.  I could photograph these children every day and not tire of them!  Don't they look so handsome in their Easter best?

This girl.  Oh my goodness.  I have been so lucky to photograph this beauty, her older sister and her parents since their family first started expanding.  I have so loved watching them grow, making them smile and just enjoying their absolute sweetness!!!  Caroline's smile is so contagious.  There aren't too many babies I feel the need to squish their cheeks between my fingers, but Caroline's are irresistible!!!

Sisters | Knoxville Photographer

I was approached to do something a little out of the ordinary a couple of weeks ago.  These sister missionaries from the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints wanted portraits to use on a bulletin board at church to help the members of their church get to know them a bit better.  The theme was a patriotic one, the smiles and laughs were abundant and they were willing to do absolutely whatever I asked of them!  Their love of Christ and and willingness to serve anyone who crossed their paths was absolutely refreshing and brought a smile to my heart.  

Wyatt's Birth-Day | Knoxville Birth Photographer

 I was SO blessed to meet this beautiful family and welcome sweet Wyatt into the world. This little man is such a lucky boy to be born to such an involved and excited family. From the moment I arrived to begin documenting the birth until the time I left, Lynzie's room was nothing but a party! Mama did fabulously, Dad was there with her every step of the way and their extended family did whatever they couldn't do for themselves! The tears and smiles as little Wyatt was introduced to his parents were just priceless. Congratulations Chris and Lynzie!
