The Miller Children

The gorgeous mother of these gorgeous children called me to set up a rush session to get some photos in time for Father's Day. Luckily I had some time in my schedule that week - but it was the day some major storms were supposed to hit! We went out anyway and managed to get some great head shots of the kids before the heavens opened up on us and soaked us to the bone. I'm going to guess that Dad was one happy man when he woke up to see these beautiful faces wishing him a Happy Father's Day! PS: Those Miller girls literally know how to work the camera - my job was so easy!

Meet River!

This handsome little guy came to see me a bit later than most newborns. Mom and I were both a smidge worried about how well he would sleep through the shuffle of a newborn shoot. He fought me for a bit, but that trusty old pacifier was our lifesaver! After some quality time with the paci, he was the perfect model  However, all of that snuggle time I had with him while calming him down made it so much harder to actually put him down - I was enjoying that snuggle time! Mama, you have one sweet baby boy!

Sweet Ana!

What a precious little baby girl!!! Ana is just as dainty and beautiful as they come. She was completely relaxed as we did the session and let me do just about whatever pose I wanted with her. She was perfectly content to sleep through the entire thing . And then there's mom and dad - about as doting as they come. It was such a pleasure to meet this sweet little family!

Oliver!

This baby's mama wanted a short mini-session with this cutie in the little elephant "outfit" a family member had crocheted for him before he grew out of it.  I must admit, this sight was the happy ending I needed for a rather rough day.  That smile and that outfit can take the funk out of any bad day.  Definitely the CUTEST little elephant I've ever seen!!!

Trinity & Tom - Married!

This good looking couple asked us if we'd be able to photograph their small wedding at a friend's barn. Who are we to say no? Little did we know that my hubby/assistant would be the witness to this couple's nuptials! It was just the bride and groom, their pastor and me and Owen and you know what? It was PERFECT. The smallness of it, the serene setting, the words spoken, the love emanating...it felt right out of a movie. Congratulations you two, and thanks for letting us be a part of your beautiful ceremony!
